All products undergo througher quality controll however due to small local production please understand that human error may occur. We will offer a free replacement/repair service based on application. These bags are designed and made to last and we encourage the repair and mending to aid them in longevity 


REFUND/EXCHANGE
Limited stock is available so we please ask that you choose wisely as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on the goods provided due to change of mind. Any faulty or damaged goods will be accepted for an exchange within 7 days of purchase.


POST WITHTHN NEW ZEALAND
We are posting from Tamaki Makaurau using NZ Post tracked services. Once you’ve placed your order we will send you the tracking details. Please use the signature required service as we cannot offer refunds for parcels lost in transit.


INTERNATIONAL POST
We are posting from Aotearoa using DHL services. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. We do not ship to the US due to tariffs.
